Dinners
Seattle Chefs Table is a celebration of food and friends around the table. It is a gathering of six of Seattle’s most celebrated chefs as they invite you to their dinner tables for the evening.
Held throughout the year, the six dinners take place at each of the chefs’ restaurants. At every event, each James Beard Award winning chef will be in the kitchen preparing their own dish to bring together a six course experience for guests. With different themes throughout the year, guests can dine at the chef’s table once or many times and experience a unique dinner with award-winning interpretation.
The 2011 SCT chef lineup includes James Beard Award Best Chef Northwest winners: Thierry Rautureau of Rover’s and Luc (1998 James Beard winner), John Sundstrom of Lark (2007 James Beard winner), Holly Smith of Cafe Juanita (2008 James Beard winner), Jason Wilson of Crush (2010 James Beard winner), Tamara Murphy of Elliott Bay Café and the soon-to-open Terra Plata (1995 James Beard winner), and Maria Hines of Tilth and Golden Beetle (2009 James Beard winner).
